Dear Classmates:

Reunion Registration Opens March 9th – The Class of 1971 Reunion Dates are Thurs May 28 through Sun morning May 31 – for our 55th Reunion in South Hadley.

Reminder to complete a page for our Class Reunion Booklet - whether or not you are attending reunion, PLEASE send one page. The booklet will be given to reunion attendees and posted in the secure section of our class website, so it is available for all classmates. The sample format is below. Please send this form directly to Wendy Hagen Bauer at wbauer@wellesley.edu.

The Reunion Planning Group has a fun schedule for us – Thurs evening book swap (hard copy or suggestions if you don’t have room in your suitcase for an extra book), Fri morning tour of the current Geothermal work in progress, a Fri morning book discussion of The Worst Hard Time by Timothy Egan, Fri afternoon Back to Classes offered by the college, and Fri evening guitar and song by classmate V8 alum and others – watch the performers or join them in singing and playing. Sat morning reunion parade, Sat afternoon Class Meeting and college-sponsored tours. Sat evening party with music from the 60’s and 70’s with our classmate “DJ” taking requests. Receptions both before and after dinner providing time to socialize.

Finally - those attending a recent Sphinx Salon zoom gathering are interested in starting a class Oral History. If you are interested in participating as an interviewer or interviewee, please respond to this email and we will forward your response to historian classmate Jenny Masur.
