November 15, 2026: Linda Keown will bring us MORE on the book, Letters from the Dust Bowl, written by Mount Holyoke alumna Caroline Henderson ‘01. Linda led a very lively (the room was packed!) discussion on this topic at the reunion and the impact a Mount Holyoke education made for graduates 70 years prior to us. Her focus will be the strength and determination that allowed Caroline and her husband to survive the 1930s in the panhandle of Oklahoma during the worst years of a devastating drought. In her book, Caroline recalls the strength of other classmates and teachers who were instrumental in her life. We look forward to sharing our experiences as graduates of Mount Holyoke that make us stronger and more resilient in our post-graduate years.
